Bio: I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist working in Primary Care and serve as the lead Behavioral Health Provider at HealthPoint, a nonprofit organization in King County, Washington, which offers whole person care, including Natural Medicine. We specialize in serving patients with Medicaid, Medicare, or uninsured patient, and you have to receive your Primary Care at HealthPoint to be able to see me. I believe in mind-body integration and stress reduction skill and am a proponent of Trauma-Informed Care, which seeks to reduce inequities and traumatic triggers while placing choices and agency with the people who come for care. I am trained in a number of modalities that assist with emotion regulation, healing of trauma, and personal growth. Among these are ACT, DBT, CBT, Lifespan Integration, EMDR, ART, and WET, and I sometimes integrate psychodynamic, Gestalt, art therapy, imaginal and somatic techniques.
